The agent only accesses data within your NaviaLabs organisation — inventory, procurement records, supplier data, and forecasts. It cannot access external systems or other organisations' data.
How accurate are the agent's answers?
Answers are generated from live operational data, not general knowledge. For data queries, accuracy is determined by the quality and completeness of your imported inventory and transaction data.
Can the agent take actions — like placing orders?
No. The AI agent is an intelligence and advisory tool only. It surfaces information, identifies risks, and recommends actions. All procurement actions require explicit human approval through the standard workflow.
What languages does the agent support?
Currently, NaviaLabs AI responds in English. Multi-language support is on the roadmap based on customer demand.
Is conversation history saved?
